My name is Treia, and my journey into natural wellness began eight years ago when I was diagnosed with sarcoidosis—a condition that causes inflammation in the body, often forming clusters of cells (called granulomas) in organs like the lungs, skin, and lymph nodes. This can lead to symptoms such as fatigue, shortness of breath, and skin issues.

When I received my diagnosis, doctors recommended steroid treatment. After learning about the potential side effects, I made the personal decision to explore alternative, natural approaches to support my body.

During my research, I came across the teachings of Dr. Sebi, who emphasized healing through plant-based nutrition and herbal remedies. Inspired, I began to change my lifestyle—starting with a plant-based diet and becoming more intentional about everything I put into my body.

I studied herbs, sourced natural ingredients, and started creating my own capsules and herbal blends, taking them consistently as part of my daily routine. Over time, I began to notice real changes—not only did I feel better, but my skin became clearer and developed a natural glow.

When I returned to my doctors, they were surprised by the improvements, especially since I had chosen not to follow the steroid treatment plan. That experience confirmed for me the power of natural living and being in tune with your body.

Today, I am still on my healing journey—continuing to grow, learn, and strive to become cleaner and healthier from the inside out. This journey is what inspired me to create Plant Base Me, where I share natural products made with intention, care, and a belief in holistic wellness.
